Late Payments: For monthly payment plans, failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of course access until the account is brought current.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Edunector platform and course materials in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing course materials with unauthorized individuals.
• Engaging in disruptive behavior during live sessions or in community forums.
• Attempting to access or use another user’s account.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Edunector or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from Edunector.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of registration for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Course Changes: Edunector reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors as necessary. Students will be notified of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Edunector is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

9. Termination
